30 Metis patented land - unsurveyed territory
confirmed by the Director before the letters patent were issued for
the Metis patented land, but does not include an official plan used
to describe the boundaries of the parcels conveyed to the Metis
Settlements General Council under those letters patent.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, Metis patented land is unsurveyed
territory unless
(a) there is a prior offi cial plan of the land, or
(b) the land has be en surveyed in accordance with section 32
and the plan of the survey has been confirmed under section
33.
