Part 20 — General
256 Notice to and service on a corporation
sent to or served on a corporation may be
(a) delivered to its registered office as shown in the last notice
filed under section 20,
(b) sent by registered mail to
(i) its registered office, or
(ii) the post office box designated as its address for service
by mail,
as shown in the last noti ce filed under section 20,
(c) delivered to its agent for service or alternative agent for
service, or
(d) sent by registered mail to its agent for service or alternative
agent for service at the address shown in the last notice
given to the Registrar under section 20.1 or 20.2.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), in the case of a notice of intent
to dissolve a corporation, the notice may be sent by ordinary mail
to
(a) the registered office of the corporation as shown in the l ast
notice filed under section 20,
(b) the post office box designated as the corporation's addres s
for service by mail as shown in the last notice filed under
section 20, or
(c) the agent for service or alte rnative agent for service at the
address shown in the last notice given to the Registrar under
section 20.1 or 20.2.
(3) A notice or document sent by registered mail to the corporation
in accordance with subsection (1)(b) or (d) is deemed to be
received or served at the time it would be delivered in the ordinary
course of mail unless there are reasonable grounds for believing
that the corporation did not receive the notice or document at that
time or at all.

(4) A notice of intent to dissolve a corporation sent by ordinary
mail to the corporation in accordance with subsection (2) is deemed
to have been received or served at the time it would be delivered in
the ordinary course of mail despite the fact that it is returned as
undeliverable.
