257 Notice to and service on the Commission
sent to or filed
(a) with the Commission may be sent or filed
(i) by being left with the Secretary of the Commission
during the normal office hours of the Commission, or
(ii) by being mailed by registe red mail addressed to an office
of the Commission,
o r
(b) with the Executive Dir ector may be sent or filed
(i) by being left with the Executive Director during the
normal office hours of the Commission, or
(ii) by being mailed by registe red mail addressed to an office
of the Commission.
(2) Where a notice or document referred to in subsection (1) is sent
or filed by registered mail, it is deemed to have been received in the
office of the Commission at the time that the notice or document
would be delivered in the ordinary course of mail unless there are
reasonable grounds for believing that the notice or document did
not arrive in the office of the Commission.
