301 Fee for copy or extract
prescribed fee, the Registrar may provide a copy or extract of any
document permitted or required to be filed with the Registrar
pursuant to this Act or part thereof and, if so required by the
person, certify the copy or extract to be a true copy or extract.
(2) A copy of or extract from any such document, certified to be a
true copy by the Registrar, is, in all legal proceedings, admissible
in evidence as of equal validity with the original document.
