302 Refusal to register documents
Registrar
(a) is not in all respects legible,
RSA 2000
(b) is for any reason, in the op inion of the Registrar, not capable
of being copied by microfilm, duplicating or other similar
process, or
(c) is in any manner insufficient in the opinion of the Regist rar
for the purpose of registration,
the Registrar may refuse to register the document.
