158 Proposal to amend
policyholder or shareholder of a provincial company may, in
accordance with sections 274 and 275, make a proposal to make an
application referred to in section 156 or 157.

(2) Notice of a meeting of participating policyholders or
shareholders at which a proposal to amend the instrument of
incorporation is to be considered must set out the proposal.
