159 Division 8 Amalgamation Amalgamation
this Division to become one provincial company.
(2) One or more provincial companies may amalgamate under this
Division with one or more extra-provincial or federally authorized
companies that are licensed under this Act to become one
provincial company.
(3) Despite anything in this Division, no insurer formed outside
Canada may be amalgamated under this Act.
