Part 3 — Distribution of Intestate Estates
65 If no surviving spouse or adult interdependent partner
interdependent partner, the intestate estate shall be distributed
(a) to the descendants of the intestate in accordance with
section 66, or
(b) if the intestate has no d escendants, in accordance with
sections 66 and 67.
