66 Per stirpes distribution to descendants
descendants of any individual, the intestate estate or the portion of
it being distributed shall be divided into as many shares as there are
(a) children of that individual who survived the intestate, an d
(b) deceased children of that in dividual who left descendants
surviving the intestate.
(2) Each surviving child shall receive one share, and the share of
each deceased child shall be divided among the deceased child's
descendants in the same manner as provided in this section.
