18 Transfer and notice of termination

(1) On receipt of a court order under section 61 of the Act or a
copy of the unanimous resolution or a certificate under section
62(3)
or (7)(b) of the Act that directs the transfer of a building or
parcel or any portion of a building or parcel, the Registrar shall
take the necessary steps to give effect to the transfer and make the
appropriate indication on the condominium plan.
(2) A notice of termination of the condominium status of a
building or parcel made under section 63(1) of the Act is to be in
Form 5.
(3) On receipt of a notice of termination, the Registrar is to
(a) enter on the relevant condominium plan a notification of
the cancellation of the plan, and
(b) indicate in an appropriate manner on any relevant plan
that the condominium plan has been cancelled.

All meetings of the board and general meetings are to be
conducted according to the latest edition of Robert's Rules of
Order Newly Revised, to the extent that it is consistent with these
bylaws, unless alternate rules of procedure are adopted by the
board.
