15.1 Special Rules Respecting Unlimited Liability Corporations Definition

For the purposes of this Part, "limited corporation" means a
corporation whose shareholders are not, as shareholders, liable for
any liability, act or default of the corporation except under section
38(4), 146(7) or 227(4).
