201 Use of word "limited"
above mentioned purposes or any of them and using the word
"limited" as a part of its name, the Registrar may on the application
of the association or company authorize the discontinuance of the
word "limited" as part of the name, and on the authorization being
granted the association or company is entitled to the same benefits
and subject to the same liabilities as associations registered under
this Part.
