65 Liability of Corporation Liability of corporation
in the common property assigned to the unit for any rate, charge or
tax levied by the Crown, a local authority as defined in the
Municipal Government Act or any other authority that has the
power to assess and levy rates, charges or taxes on land or in
respect of the ownership of land.
