66 Application to Court Petition to Court
(2) On an application to the Court under this Act, notice shall be
served on the persons the Court directs.
(3) Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Court may dispense with
notice.
(4) The Court may direct the trial of an issue and may give any
directions as to all matters, including filing of pleadings, that
appear necessary and proper for the final hearing of the application.
