9.2 Jurisdiction
(a) shall exercise all the powe rs and perform all the duties
conferred or imposed on a provincial judge or a judge of the
Court of Justice by or under any Act of the Legislature or of
the Parliament of Canada,
(b) has all the power and author ity vested by or under any Act
of the Legislature in a magistrate or 2 justices of the peace
sitting together,
(c) may exercise all the powe rs and perform all the duties
conferred or imposed on a magistrate, provincial magistrate
or one or more justices of the peace under any Act of the
Parliament of Canada, and
(d) is, by virtue o f being a judge, a justice of the peace, a notary
public and a commissioner for administering oaths and
taking affidavits.
