Part 5 — Dispute Adjudication
33.1 Definitions
(a) "adjudication" means construction dispute adjudication
with respect to a prescribed matter;
(b) "adjudicator" means a pe rson who is qualified by a
Nominating Authority as an adjudicator;
(c) "Minister" means the Mini ster determined under section
16 of the Government Organization Act as the Minister
responsible for this Act;
(d) "Nominating Authority" means a Nominating Authority
designated under section 33.2(1).
