33.2 Nominating Authority

(1) The Minister may designate one or more entities to act as
a Nominating Authority for the purposes of this Part.
(2) A Nominating Authority must perform the following duties:

PROMPT PAYMENT
(a) qualify persons who meet the prescribed requirements as
adjudicators;
(b) appoint adjudicators for the purposes of this Part;
(c) arrange for the hearing by adjudicators of prescribed
matters for which that Nominating Authority is
responsible;
(d) develop and oversee programs for the training of persons
as adjudicators;
(e) establish and maintain a publicly available registry of
adjudicators;
(f) perform any other duties as may be prescribed for the
purposes of this Part.
