13 Evidence under oath before a surveyor
pursuant to this Act may be taken before a surveyor.
(2) A surveyor may
(a) examine witnesses under oat h with respect to all matters
relating to the survey of land, and
(b) administer an oath to every person the surveyor examines i n
relation to those matters.
