which all communications and notices can be addressed.
(2) Notice of the location of the registered office of a company,
giving the postal address, shall be filed with the Registrar
(a) with the memorandum and articles when application is
made for incorporation, and
(b) within 15 days of any change.
(3) A company that defaults in complying with any requirement of
this section is guilty of an offence.
