87 Display of company name
RSA 2000
(a) shall paint or affix, and keep painted or affixed, its nam e on
the outside of its registered office and every other office or
place in which its business is carried on in a conspicuous
position and in easily legible letters,
(b) shall have its name engraved in legible characters on its
seal, and
(c) shall set out its name in l egible characters in or on all
contracts, invoices, negotiable instruments and orders for
goods and services issued or made by or on behalf of the
company.
(2) A company that defaults in complying with the requirements of
this section is guilty of an offence.
