215 Address for service of notice
file with the Registrar of the proper Land Titles Office a notice
giving the person's address for service, and any notice that is
required to be given by the Registrar pursuant to this or any other
Act is deemed to have been duly served on the notice being sent by
regular mail addressed to the person at the person's address for
service, if any, and if the person has no address for service then at
the person's address as shown by the registered instruments.
(2) The Registrar may require that the notice contain a description
of the registered interest and the land in which the person claims to
be interested.
(3) Where a description is given under subsection (2), the notice
shall have effect only as to the interest and the land mentioned in
the notice.
