216 Notice to Crown
(a) the Registrar is required to give a notice to a person under
this Act, and
(b) the person to whom the notic e is to be given is the Crown,
RSA 2000
Schedule 1 Chapter L-4
the Registrar may forego giving the notice to the Crown and the
Crown is deemed to have been given the notice when the
instrument or caveat for which the notice was to have been given is
registered under this Act.
