68 Degrees of relationship
(a) degrees of relationship be tween an individual and the
intestate are to be determined by counting upward from the
intestate to the nearest common ancestor of the intestate and
the individual, and then downward to the individual, and
(b) descendants of the half-kinship inherit equally with those of
the whole kinship in the same degree of relationship to the
intestate.
