individual entitled to receive an intestate estate under this Part,
( a ) t h e Unclaimed Personal Property and Vested Property Act
applies to the intestate estate, and
(b) for greater certa inty, section 67(2) does not affect the right
of an individual to make a claim under Part 6 of the
Unclaimed Personal Property and Vested Property Act.
