62 Insurance amount and deductible

(1) Property that is insured as required pursuant to section 47 of
the Act, other than pursuant to section 47(1)(a) of the Act, must be
insured for its replacement value.
(2) Property insurance required pursuant to section 47 of the Act is
subject to any reasonable deductible that is agreed to by the
corporation and the insurer.
