62.1 Notice to owner
unit is an additional matter of which the corporation shall provide
notice to each owner in accordance with section 48 of the Act.
(2) If the corporation receives a notice of cancellation of an
insurance policy, it shall provide written notice of the cancellation
to all unit owners as soon as possible.
